Job summary

Recruit Lync Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for a logistics role focusing on cargo bookings, planning and space maximization.

You will handle planning, inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within IATA-compliant processes. The position requires at least 1 year in customer service within Supply Chain or Logistics. Working hours are 5 days, 9:00am–6:00pm, with basic salary up to 3,000 SGD plus AWS and VB.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics

• Planning and attending to customer complaints, claims and tracing
• Prepare Cargo Sales Report (CSR), airline daily reports, data entry, quotations and telesales
