Job summary

ANGLO NURSES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment / HR Admin Executive in Singapore to lead end-to-end caregiver recruitment, shortlisting, interviewing and biodata creation, while managing work-pass processing and onboarding.

You will coordinate orientation, training, integration counselling and post-placement follow-ups, and maintain social media presence. The role includes mentorship, training, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants with no experience.
• CEI holder preferred or willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job. Company will sponsor training and exam fee.
• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years in deskbound work in Singapore.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Competent in spoken and written English.
• Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu helpful but not mandatory.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
