Job summary

The Public Service Division is delivering the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) in Singapore. You will join the team at its initial stage, supporting leadership and cross‑agency coordination to set up the CLC and prepare for its deployment mid-2027 under SWDA.

You will engage with partners including MOM and tripartite bodies to co-develop initiatives and resources for career longevity. Successful candidates will help design the centre's mission, KPIs and priorities, while coordinating data

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the Career Longevity Centre.
• Establish the setup and governance structures (e.g., Tripartite Advisory Panel).
• Develop mission, vision, KPIs and priority focus areas for the CLC.
• Identify archetypes and needs of individuals and employers; gather insights.
