Job summary

The Career Longevity Centre (CLC) at SWDA Singapore is being planned for its initial setup, to be deployed when launched in mid-2027. You will join a cross‑agency team to design and implement the Centre’s first phase, work with tripartite partners, and develop the mission, KPIs, and focus areas to promote career longevity for Singaporeans.

You will engage individuals and employers to co‑create resources, identify needs, and help implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish the setup of CLC, including setting up a Tripartite Advisory Panel.
• Develop CLC mission, vision, and strategic plan with KPIs and priority areas.
• Identify stakeholder archetypes and their needs to serve prioritized groups.
• Implement data collection mechanisms to generate insights and trends in collaboration with partners.
• Track and monitor KPIs and programme deliverables for the Centre.
