Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) seeks a contributor to plan and establish the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) in its initial phase, with deployment planned for mid-2027 in Singapore. The role involves collaboration with SWDA, MOM, and tripartite partners to co-develop resources and initiatives that promote career longevity for mature workers.

You will support the Executive Director and Assistant Director, help set up the Tripartite Advisory Panel, and develop the CLC's mission,

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) in its initial stage.
• Engage with partners (SWDA, MOM, tripartite partners, industry players) to co-develop initiatives and resources.
• Support the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the CLC.
• Establish setup of CLC, including a Tripartite Advisory Panel.
• Develop the CLC mission, vision, KPIs and priority focus areas.
• Identify archetypes and needs of individuals and employers.
• Implement data collection mechanisms to generate insights and trends.
