Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency seeks to lead the setup of the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) in Singapore, engaging multiple stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives for senior workers. The role supports the Executive Director and Assistant Director, coordinating with SWDA, MOM and partners to implement data-driven programmes.

You will establish governance structures, KPIs, and priority areas, while identifying archetypes and needs of employers and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the CLC.
• Plan and establish the CLC setup including a Tripartite Advisory Panel.
• Develop the CLC mission, vision, KPIs and priority areas.
• Identify archetypes and needs of individuals and employers.
• Implement data collection to gain insights and track trends.
• Foster partnerships and manage programme grants.
• Engage stakeholders across SWDA, MOM and industry.
