Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking compassionate care staff to support doctors and registered nurses during basic procedures under supervision. You will perform basic care tasks, including wound care, and monitor residents' vital signs, escalating changes to the nurse. You will assist residents with daily living, promoting comfort, dignity and independence.

You will also escort residents to medical appointments and approved activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to doctors and registered nurses during basic procedures and treatments under supervision.
• Perform assigned basic care tasks, including wound care, per established procedures and training.
• Monitor and record residents’ observations and vital signs, escalating changes to the registered nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living, promoting comfort, dignity and independence.
• Escort residents to medical appointments and approved activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Job description

• Perform assigned basic care tasks, including wound care, in accordance with established procedures, training and instructions.

• Monitor and record residents’ observations and vital signs as directed, and upscale any significant changes in condition to the registered nurse.

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming and activities of daily living while promoting their comfort, dignity and independence.

• Escort residents to medical appointments, outings and other approved activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
