Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a nursing assistant to support doctors and registered nurses in basic procedures and daily patient care. The role involves observing residents, documenting changes, and reporting to supervising nurses.

You will assist with activities of daily living, accompany residents to appointments, and help with routine care tasks under supervision. This position requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and registered nurses with basic procedures and treatments under their supervision and direction.
• Support registered nurses in carrying out basic care activities, such as wound dressing, where trained and authorised to do so.
• Observe residents’ general condition and vital signs as instructed, document and record observations accurately, and promptly report any changes to the registered nurse.
• Assist and supervise residents with activities of daily living, including personal grooming and other routine care needs.
• Accompany and support residents during outings, transfers and medical appointments as required.
