Job summary

Homage seeks a Care Professional Operations Manager in Singapore to lead a 4–6 person team responsible for supply and activation funnel. You will drive KPIs, manage approvals and onboarding, and partner with Product and Academy teams to ensure scalable success.

This role emphasizes data-driven leadership, performance management, and operational excellence within a flexible hybrid work model at a mission-driven care platform.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in operations, workforce management, or supply-funnel ops with 1–2 years in team leadership.
• Experience running end-to-end workstreams with accountability for team output.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4–6 person team; drive KPIs, activation rates, and performance reviews.
• Oversee approvals, activation, onboarding, and SLA adherence daily.
• Coordinate with Product and Academy teams to resolve platform issues.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide weekly leadership updates.
