This hands‑on, full‑spectrum HR role supports the organisation through the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, engagement and development. As the organisation’s HR partner, you will collaborate with management to deliver practical, compliant HR solutions, manage end‑to‑end recruitment,

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 5–8 years of broad HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with senior management and advising on people matters.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of HR operations and people initiatives across the organisation.
• Partner with management as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising on people matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding and retention.
• Drive performance management processes and support managers in development.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, HR policies, and compliance with employment law.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify learning and development needs and support capability-building.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and well‑being initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, processes and systems for effectiveness.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to organisational and people-related projects as the organisation grows.
