Job summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Biosense Webster products across assigned territories. You will ensure reliability, performance, and uptime of advanced electrophysiology equipment, partnering with healthcare professionals and customers for technical expertise, maintenance, and upgrades.
Travel frequently within the territory is required; you will train junior engineers and maintain service records, while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory
Qualifications
- 2+ years in biomedical equipment, hospital engineering, medical devices, field service, or related technical disciplines.
- Alternative: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for Biosense Webster products.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade medical equipment within assigned territories.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to service requests and urgent customer needs.
- Maintain documentation and service records; participate in training and mentoring.
