Job summary

OverEasy, a modern all-American diner in Singapore, seeks a guest-focused team member to enhance guest experiences at our waterfront venue. You will build relationships, take and describe orders, and upsell based on our product knowledge.

You will proactively ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvements. Only Singaporean or Permanent Resident applicants will be considered, and successful candidates will be invited for an interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to describe menu items clearly and assist guests with selections.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You’ll be in-charge of:

• Building and maintaining relationships with guests

• Order taking & menu description

• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge

• Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
