Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a junior software developer to contribute to Java-based Capital Markets IT solutions in Singapore. You will work with senior developers, analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality code and tests within deadlines.

Candidates should be familiar with Maven, Git, Linux, and SQL, and have experience with modern Java features such as lambdas and streams. Spring Boot, Swagger, and REST services are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ IT.
• Strong knowledge of Java with lambdas, streams and futures.
• Experience with Maven, Git and writing/integration tests.
• Linux and bash familiarity.
• Good knowledge of SQL or SQL-like dialect (HQL).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of high quality, fully tested source code within deadlines.
• Liaise with senior developer and technical lead for design understanding.
• Coordinate with business analysts for clarification of requirements.
• Familiar with CI-CD and branching strategies.
• Organize and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Develop tests strategy with project manager/BA.
• Support applications in production and resolve issues.
