Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is hiring an Asset/Capacity Manager and backup to Incident Manager in Singapore. This role includes ensuring sufficient capacity, managing assets, and providing technical direction during incidents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and must hold a degree or diploma in IT or Engineering. The position offers a contract with a monthly salary of up to $6,500 plus standby allowance. Working hours are from Mon-Fri: 8:30 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in capacity, asset, and incident management processes.
• Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient capacity to meet service level targets.
• Manage the Asset Register and ensure it is up to date.
• Provide technical direction during incidents and manage resolution.
