Job summary

FUTURUM SPACE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Tree Art campus in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day operations, engage with students and families, and coordinate events and class schedules.

You will support sales initiatives, handle enrolments and inquiries, and ensure post-sales services are delivered. Strong communication and multitasking abilities, plus a Diploma, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
• Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.
• Proactively engage customers and build rapport by understanding student progress.
• Engage in sales pitches by familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programmes.
• Support management in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Plan and communicate programme and campus events to customers.
• Serve as the main contact and manage communications platforms for customers.
• Handle enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.
• Coordinate class schedules and arrange replacement teachers as needed.
• Monitor attendance and arrange makeup lessons when required.
• Perform administrative duties including ERP and student records maintenance.
• Share expertise and guide direct report to achieve service excellence.
• Collaborate with landlord on updates and sustain centre operations.
