Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Hands-on event planning/coordination experience via internships, projects or part-time work is a plus.
• Experience in educational/campus or student engagement settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept to completion.
• Manage logistics, vendors, registrations, publicity and on-site operations.
• Organise outreach activities, roadshows, open houses and campus events.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources and marketing materials.
• Provide admin and operational support for departmental activities.
• Support post-event evaluation and reporting.
