Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee IFM across educational campuses, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient learning environments. The role focuses on M&E systems, maintenance, vendor management and capital projects for a key client in Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in FM, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience in education, healthcare or large-scale campuses.
• Proven experience in IFM, contract management, project delivery, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of campus facilities including M&E systems and grounds.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to keep facilities safe and functional for teaching and research.
• Manage contracts, vendors and outsourced providers with KPIs, SLAs and compliance.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets; monitor expenditure and procurement.
• Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and asset lifecycle planning for long-term campus development.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, fire safety and statutory regulations; promote safety culture.
• Develop facilities teams and engage stakeholders; drive sustainability and continuous improvement.
