Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in IFM operations and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of campus facilities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and outsourced providers.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• Lead capital projects and asset lifecycle planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead facilities teams and drive sustainability initiatives.
