Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a PCB Design Engineer to review, edit, and optimise customer PCB designs, ensuring IPC standards and manufacturing capabilities are met.

You will prepare engineering documentation, design specifications and technical recommendations to support production requirements, and work closely with Engineering, Production, and Process teams to resolve design and artwork-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Proficient in Genesis CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and optimise customer PCB designs according to customer requirements, IPC standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Prepare engineering documentation, design specifications, and technical recommendations to support production requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Process teams to resolve design and artwork-related issues.
• Support the development of tooling, templates, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors.
