Job summary

SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAM editing specialist for PCB manufacturing. You will edit CAM data, scrutinize customer drawings, and coordinate with Product/Process Engineers to resolve issues.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, using Genesis (preferred), and MS Office proficiency. Fresh graduates may apply and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Genesis experience is a plus.
• Able to read, understand, interpret and scrutinize customer mechanical drawings for CAM edits.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Edit CAM data for PCB fabrication.
• Scrutinize customer data and drawings and highlight issues for Product Engineer.
• Panelize customer data into array form and production panel form.
• Review job process flow to ensure CAM data can be processed across areas per customer requirements.
• Measure board dimensions per customer mechanical drawings.
• Add in-house and customer targets and coupons for testing and shipment.
• Feedback issues against customer specifications/data/documents.
• Perform on-screen inspection (OSI) of CAM data prior to tooling issuance.
• Prepare rework films/programs per Engineering Change Requests.
• Communicate artwork-related issues to Front-End/Process Engineers and propose solutions.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Able to work night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• PCB Cam Editing
• Scrutinize customer data and drawings and then highlight any possible issues in building the job to Product Engineer.
• Panelize customer data into array form and production panel form.
• Review job process flow and ensure the CAM data will be able to be processed on all areas according to customer requirement.
• Measure all board dimensions per customer mechanical drawings
• Add all in house and customer required targets and coupons for testing and shipment.
• Feedback any issues/discrepancies found on the traveler against the customer specifications/data/documents.
• Perform on screen inspection (OSI) of editingCAM data prior tooling issuance to production.
• Prepare rework films/programs per Engineering Change Requests
• Communicates any artwork related issues to Front-End Engineers and/or Process Engineers and suggest solutions to resolve the problems to ensure correct tools are provided to production.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by his/her superior.
• Able to work night shift

About you:

• Preferably 1 year of experience in PCB manufacturing company or any related fields.
• Experience in using Genesis is a plus
• Able to read, understand, interpret and scrutinize customer mechanical drawing as a guide in doing CAM edits/CAM programming
• Computer Literate, MS office
