Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking hospitality staff across Singapore to warmly greet guests, guide seating, present menus and take orders with a smile.

You will input orders into the POS under supervision, respond to guest needs, and help maintain clean service stations, condiments, and restrooms as required.

Work is scheduled Mon-Sun with 5 days per week and a 44‑hour workweek, offering a dynamic team environment in a fast-paced dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge all walk-in guests with a friendly smile
• Lead guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortably settled
• Present menus, highlight boutique specials, take and serve orders efficiently
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' needs, such as water refills or bill presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of condiments, cutlery, service stations, and bar areas
• Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, glassware cleaning, and restroom upkeep (if applicable)
• Accurately input orders into the POS system under supervision
• Support the team with any additional tasks assigned by your superior
