Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery is seeking a Store Operations Lead to manage shift planning, SOP adherence, and daily front-of-house operations. You will ensure consistent product quality, proper bar production, and strong customer experiences across all shifts.

You will also oversee inventory, merchandise readiness, and staff training, while supporting events and internal initiatives to uphold brand standards. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in F&B or retail.
• At least 1 year in a team lead or shift lead role.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including shift planning and daily execution.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, maintain product quality, and handle operational issues.
• Enforce product presentation and bar production standards for consistent output across shifts.
• Strengthen service procedures to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Support store leadership in daily operations and team development.
• Coordinate and support store-level events and internal initiatives.
• Mentor Associates, participate in training, and uphold brand standards.
