Job summary

PPP Coffee in Singapore is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, ensure service excellence, and uphold product quality across the outlet. You will drive guest engagement, coach the team, and maintain brand standards while managing costs and inventory.

You will oversee compliance with food safety regulations, coordinate with suppliers, and implement brand campaigns and events to grow loyalty and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing an F&B outlet or hospitality team.

• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and stock accuracy, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely replenishment and operational support.
