Job summary

JO-YI Vegetarian Cafe in Bedok North, Singapore is hiring a Full-Time Café Crew to warmly welcome customers, take orders, and operate POS. You will prepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, gelato, waffles and dim sum, assist with food prep, and maintain cafe cleanliness and stock.

We offer a 5-day week, up to 44 hours, with salary range S$2,500–S$2,700/month, staff meals, CPF, and growth opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• F&B or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive service.
• Take orders and operate POS/payment systems.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, gelato, waffles and dim sum.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.
• Restock ingredients, packaging and supplies.
• Assist with daily stock checks and inventory.
• Follow café SOPs and food safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle end-of-day cleaning, stock-taking and closing procedures.
• Work closely with part-time and full-time team members.
• Support the team during busy periods and ensure smooth daily operations.

About JO-YI

JO-YI is a growing vegetarian café specialising in Chinese vegetarian dim sum, gelato, waffles, coffee, tea and matcha.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable, responsible and service-oriented Full-Time Café Crew to join our team.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow together with the business and eventually take on greater operational responsibilities as they become familiar with our team, products and SOPs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive service

• Take orders and operate POS/payment systems

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, gelato, waffles and dim sum

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment

• Willing to learn and work across different stations

• Able to work independently once trained

• Comfortable with afternoon/evening shifts ending around 1:00am

• Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

• F&B or customer-service experience is preferred

• Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
