Job summary

Bab & Bingsoo in Jalan Besar, Singapore, seeks a Full-Time Café Service Crew to deliver friendly service, handle cashier duties, and keep the café clean and welcoming during evening and late-night shifts.

You will work Tue 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Wed–Sun 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (30-minute break), with Monday off. Salary starts from S$2,500 per month, commensurate with experience and skills. Prior café or F&B experience is preferred; reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant café or F&B experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable and able to work late-night shifts until 1:00 AM regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the specified working schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up daily café operations to ensure smooth service.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Take and assist with customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café to uphold hygiene standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new customers.
• Perform closing duties including end-of-day cleaning to maintain café readiness.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and service stations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support additional café operational tasks as needed to contribute to team success.
