Job summary

The Local Cafe is seeking a Part Time Cafe Crew member in Singapore. You will serve local coffee, tea and food items in a friendly, air-conditioned environment with no prior experience required.

Learn new skills while delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy staff meals and flexible shifts across locations including Singapore Expo and Space @ Kovan. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages, toasts and local food items, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Level 1 Certification to comply with food safety regulations.
• Demonstrate teamwork by actively supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure accurate order taking and service.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and friendly service during shifts.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods to maintain service flow.

Job Summary

Join The Local Cafe as a Part Time Cafe Crew member, serving local coffee, tea, and food items in a friendly, air-conditioned environment. No prior experience is required, and you will learn new skills while delivering excellent customer service. We also have retail minimart that sells snacks, cup noodles and beverages.

Other Information

Part Time: $12 - $13 per hour
Flexible work schedule; please indicate your availability
Performance bonus available
Staff meal provided
Minimum 6 hours work per shift
Additional $1 per hour for shifts at Singapore Expo and/or on Public Holidays
