• Preparation of ingredients required.
• Cook and plate up dishes.
• Portion, arrange and garnish food prepared.
• Provide assistance to other cooks during peak periods.
• Responsible for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and work area.
• Dishwashing.
• Ensure personal cleanliness.
• Carry out any other culinary duties as assigned by the kitchen in-charge.
• Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
