Job description

Technical Drafting

• Prepare and produce CAD drawings, including detailed drawings for mechanical and fit-out projects, to support project execution


• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to develop drawings aligned with site-specific requirements


• Update and revise drawings promptly to incorporate site changes, consultant feedback, and authority requirements


• Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and company drafting standards


• Maintain organised drawing records and implement version control to ensure document integrity and traceability


• Prepare detailed shop drawings


• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Project Admin

• Maintain organized project files, contracts, drawings, permits, and reports to ensure easy access and accuracy


• Assist project managers daily by preparing and managing all project documentation to support smooth project execution


• Ensure safety and quality records are current and compliant with project standards to maintain regulatory adherence


• Assist in scheduling by tracking timelines, milestones, and providing regular project updates
