Job summary

GRANDWORK INTERIOR PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Drafter to produce technical shop drawings and construction drawings for interior fit-out projects under supervision. You will update drawings for design revisions and coordinate with designers and site teams to ensure alignment with design intent.

The role requires a diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required skill: AutoCAD.
• Preferably entry level with Architecture/Interior Design background.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings based on design specifications.
• Prepare drawings for interior fit-out, carpentry works, and related project components.
• Update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and aligned with design intent.
• Check basic drawing details for consistency and drafting standards.
• Assist in identifying drawing errors or discrepancies and report them to senior team members.
• Work closely with designers, senior drafters, and project teams to clarify drawing requirements.
• Support coordination of drawings with site teams for project execution.
• Assist in resolving minor technical queries related to drawings and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing, version control, and organisation of drawing files.
• Follow company drafting standards, templates, and documentation procedures.
• Assist in preparing drawing submissions for internal review or client approval.

The Drafter is responsible for producing technical shopdrawings and design works under supervision to support project design and documentation requirements. The role assists with drafting works, prepares construction shopdrawings for submission, and ensures all outputs align with project specifications, guidelines, and drafting standards. Working closely with senior drafters and design managers, the Drafter contributes to accurate and timely drafting documentation delivery.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
