Job summary

ENV TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified engineer to lead and execute technical drawings and 3D modelling for our projects in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on creation of catalogs, modification of existing designs, strict adherence to project requirements, and collaboration with clients and project teams to meet deadlines. Site work may be required. You will prepare bill of materials, ensure accuracy, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Construction/Engineering).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical drawings and 3D models.
• Create catalogs, modify existing designs and models.
• Ensure drawings and specs meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate modelling to avoid rework.
• Meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team.
• Prepare bill of materials from modelling.
• Perform site work when required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling and documentations
• Create catalog as require, modify existing engineering design and models etc.
• Ensure all drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements
• Ensure correct & accurate modelling as project requirement to avoid rework
• Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline and milestone
• Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• To prepare bill of material from modelling
• Able to perform site work when required.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and must be able to do 3D Modelling
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in Construction/Engineering sector.
• A resourceful self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Abe to work independently and also in team,
• Can work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• 5 Day week
