Job summary

Thales Singapore seeks a Solution Architect to drive Infrastructure and Systems Deployment for C2 Solutions, enabling real-time security ops and coordinated incident response. You will design scalable architectures and integrate CCTV, access control, and alarm systems with central C2 platforms.

Responsibilities include IaC for reproducible environments, multi-site data centers, and Kubernetes-based microservices with GitOps, ensuring resilience and rapid failover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in C2/security (CPP/CISSP) highly desirable.
• 5+ years designing/deploying C2 systems for defence/public safety/critical infra.
• Experience integrating security tech with C2 platforms (surveillance, access control, incident tools).
• Experience with real-time monitoring dashboards and SOC/command room tools.
• Knowledge of C4ISR/C2, PSIM, telemetry, video analytics and sensor integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design C2 systems for site protection, surveillance and incident response with data analytics and AI.
• Integrate physical security tech (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) with centralized C2 for real-time ops.
• Lead integration of C2 with surveillance, alarm, and comms systems for coordinated actions.
• Design interoperable C2, IoT, and security monitoring to enable fast decisions during critical events.
• Define IaC architectures (Terraform/Ansible) for reproducible, self-healing environments across sites.
• Build enterprise Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical C2 microservices with GitOps workflows.
