Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions invites a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineer (Architecture & Solutioning) to join on a contract basis in Singapore. You will review architectures, model threats, and specify security requirements across cloud, on-prem, and containers, guiding remediation and secure delivery.

You will collaborate with GovTech, product teams, and vendors to ensure secure designs, risk-informed decisions, and scalable security controls throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, with hands-on architecture, engineering, assessments or risk work.
• Experience in TRAs, threat modelling, VA, PT, and security architecture reviews.
• Experience deploying and maintaining security tech with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of secure design, cloud security, zero trust, MITRE ATT&CK, and risk methods.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices (DevOps/DevSecOps, IaC, containers, public cloud).
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical issues for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity architecture reviews, security design reviews and TRAs for new products and changes.
• Perform threat modelling using STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK to identify threats and controls.
• Act as SME for security risks, architecture, and control implementation across lifecycle.
• Define security requirements and tender clauses to support procurement and deployment.
• Drive security-by-design across software and infrastructure lifecycles.
• Lead teams to implement controls across cloud, on-prem, containers and networks.
• Govern and perform security assessments, penetration testing, code reviews and hardening checks.
• Ensure production readiness from cybersecurity perspective and drive continuous improvement.
