Job summary

Greenmark Construction is seeking a skilled C&S Resident Technical Officer to oversee structural and compliance aspects of a substation project on Jurong Island. This full-time, 2-year contract requires hands-on supervision of C&S activities, coordination with contractors, and rigorous QA/QC.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, have at least 3 years of C&S RTO experience, and be registered with IES as an RTO. BCSS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related construction discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for building or infrastructure projects.
• Registration with IES as a C&S RTO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate C&S construction activities to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor contractors’ work progress and resolve site issues to maintain project timelines.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and material submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare site reports and assist with inspections, testing, and audits to ensure quality control.
