Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with 1 year in residential/commercial project as RE.
• RE (C&S) accreditation is required.
• Project location: Changi East/Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• supervise the project to ensure works are constructed per specs, drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise RTOs on site to provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintain records incl. site attendance, leave, overtime and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor submissions, work method statements and demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlight problems and propose solutions.
