Job summary

P-CON MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to supervise Substation 66kV and higher, Data Center, Industrial or Factory projects in Singapore.

The candidate will act as Site Supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) and ensure regulatory and client requirements are met. Requirements: degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least five years’ post‑graduate experience, including five years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 5 years' post-tertiary experience in Singapore.
• Must be registered with IES/ACES as a RE for RE C&S.
• Basic knowledge of architectural details and construction works on site.

Responsibilities

• To act as Site Supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with the Building Control Act.
• To assist the QP(Supervision) in carrying out supervision works on site
• To prepare inspection and test plans relevant for the supervision of the projects.
• To conduct quality control of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping works.
• To monitor progress and report delays to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
