Job summary

P-CON MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional to supervise substation and related construction projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with authorities and contractors on site. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of post-tertiary experience, including supervision of 66kV substations or similar Data Center,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years' post tertiary experience, incl. 5 years supervising Substation 66kV+ and Data Center/Industrial/Factory projects as RTO.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer by IES.
• Basic knowledge of architectural details and construction works on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project to ensure works are constructed per project specs, drawings, contract, Building Control Act and regulations, authorities and client's requirements.
• Report to C&S QP and work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide site supervision and resolve all site issues.
• Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site discrepancies to prevent delays.
