Job summary

P-Con Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled RTO supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of post-tertiary experience, including supervision of Substation 66kV and above, data center, industrial or factory projects.

The ideal candidate should be registered with IES/ACES as RE for RE C&S, and willing to work extended hours. On-site supervision of structural works and adherence to regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years post-tertiary experience in Singapore.
• Registration as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by IES.
• Basic knowledge of architectural details and on-site construction works.
• Eligible to register with IES/ACES as RE for RE C&S.
• RTO certification for RTO C&S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project to ensure works meet project specifications, drawings, contract, Building Control Act and Regulations, authorities and client requirements.
• Report to C&S QP and work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide on-site supervision and ensure timely completion.
• Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying non-conformities in contractor's works on site.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
