Job summary

ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. seeks a C&S Design Engineer (Junior/Senior) for Singapore projects to provide design coordination for large-scale buildings and infrastructure. You will produce calculations and drawings and ensure design integrity.

The role requires a PE Board recognized degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 3–5 years of design/coordination experience, with familiarity with local authority requirements and design software.

Qualifications

• PE Board recognized degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of design/coordination experience for large-scale buildings/infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance in the design, review, and coordination of civil and structural components for construction projects.
• Coordinate with authorities for project design updates and submissions.
• Liaise with internal and external parties and authorities to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Ensure all structural designs meet specifications, regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for project designs.
• Contribute to value engineering to develop efficient, cost-effective design solutions.

C&S Design Engineer (Junior/Senior Positions Available)

• A1 main contractor with well established in-house design team
• Permanent full time role with good career progression
• Large scale buildings / infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance in the design, review, and coordination of civil and structural components for construction projects.
• Coordination with authorities for updates and submission of project design
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues ensuring full compliance with design and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all structural designs meet required specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation for project designs.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts to develop efficient, cost-effective, and practical design solutions.

Requirements:

• PE Board recognized Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in design work/design coordination for large scale building/infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirement
• Well versed in structure analysis and design software such as ORION, SAP2000, SAFE, PROKON, PLAXIS or other similar software
