Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies to resolve technical issues, ensure compliance, and deliver the project on schedule with proper tender documentation and site safety standards.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in consultant or contractor firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with government agencies on development issues.
• Identify potential construction issues or disputes and provide solutions; ensure quality tender documents with all necessary requirements.
• Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time and project construction schedule; safety and housekeeping of the project site.
