Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in project coordination, preferably in engineering or technical services.
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to liaise confidently with clients, vendors and contractors at all levels.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor engineering projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Serve as main point of contact for project matters and coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings, follow up on action items, and provide regular progress and budget updates.
• Identify and escalate project issues, risks, delays or resource constraints.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and resource allocation for project and onsite needs.
• Conduct onsite checks and site surveys, coordinate troubleshooting and follow-up actions.
• Compile site information, photos, measurements, test results and service records.
• Support preparation and submission of monthly O&M reports.
• Maintain project documentation and logbooks for each commissioned project.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
