Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented BIM/CAD technician to create accurate Revit (BIM) models and AutoCAD drawings for multiple projects.

You will develop plan, elevation, sections and details from the models with proper annotation for tender and construction, maintain BIM/CAD standards, and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic hand drafting skills.
• Experience using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in a consultancy office preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents.
• Graduate of a qualified technical school or program.
• Excellent time management skills.
