Job summary

CES_SDC PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Drafter/Coordinator in Singapore to perform drawing work using BIM tools. You will report to the manager/engineer and handle tasks assigned while monitoring model updates and notifying the Project Manager of changes.

You will liaise with architects, input finishing details, and ensure shop drawings are prepared and revised promptly using Revit Archi, Revit MEP and Navis for checking drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/ Structure/ Building required.
• Min 2 years' experience in related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Bentley AECOsim).

Responsibilities

• Use BIM to create and update drawings.
• Report to manager/engineer and follow tasks.
• Monitor modelling and inform Project Manager of changes.
• Liaise with architect.
• Input finishing details if any.
• Check for clashes and notify issues.
• Coordinate shop drawing submissions.
• Produce shop drawings per details from engineers/managers.
• Produce revised shop drawings within one week after comments.
• Familiar with Revit Archi, Revit MEP and Navis for checking drawings.

• Monitor modelling/update drawing/inform Project Manager if there is any changes.
• Liaise with architect.
• Input finishing with more details (if any).
• Monitor/checking if there is any crashing.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager.
• Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.
• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing and Navis for checking the drawing.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/ Structure/ Building.
• Min 2 years' experience in related field for this position.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into BIM model.
