Job summary

Vantage Automotive Limited in Singapore seeks a BYD Sales Consultant to build lasting relationships with retail customers and drive end-to-end sales for BYD models. You will represent the brand in the showroom, master CRM tools, and contribute to rapid growth of one of the world’s fastest-growing EV brands.

Role involves meeting sales targets, guiding customers through financing, insurance and trade-ins, and delivering exemplary service while maintaining brand standards and showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business (or equivalent).
• Must have a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Confident, hardworking and self-driven. Motivated to drive sales.
• Strong sales closing and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell BYD passenger cars in showrooms.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and related metrics.
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through financing, insurance and trade-ins.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle documentation for vehicle sales, registration and delivery.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and brand standards.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert them to showroom appointments.
• Track leads, prospects and test drives in Salesforce/BYD CRM.
