Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience including 5 years in business analysis role.
• Degree in Business Management / Business Information System / Data Science or related discipline is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex) is advantageous.
• Proficient in database design and development, especially Microsoft SQL.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.

• Collaborate with IT to define, evaluate, and implement systems and technology solutions.
• Gather, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements and solution specifications.
• Lead solution assessments, validation activities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with IT teams to review testing strategies and ensure successful implementations of new systems.
• Support data analysis, issue investigation, reporting, and system upgrades.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts across MSC Geneva standards.
• Champion digital transformation and innovation initiatives to boost efficiency and operational excellence across SEA.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role drives business transformation initiatives by identifying operational needs and leveraging digital solutions, AI tools, and MSC global platforms to enhance efficiency and standardize processes across Singapore and SEA agencies. Support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts to optimize business performance and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Partner with Functional Heads to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into effective digital and process solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to define, evaluate, and implement systems, applications, and technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements, priorities, and solution specifications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead solution assessments, validation activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure proposed changes align with business and operational needs.
• Work with IT application teams to review testing strategies, participate in solution testing, and ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Support data analysis, issue investigation, reporting, and the execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement requirements set by MSC Geneva.
• Champion digital transformation and innovation initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance business efficiency and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS
