Job summary

Phillip Nova in Singapore is seeking motivated Business Transformation Analysts (AI & Automation) to partner with stakeholders, identify opportunities, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will contribute to the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment and ongoing improvement, gaining hands-on experience with workflows, dashboards, automation, and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Phillip Nova is seeking motivated and analytical individuals to join us as Business Transformation Analysts (AI & Automation).

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and help design, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

This position offers exposure to the full solution lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process redesign, automation, and AI.
• Design, develop, and implement automation tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and solution artefacts.
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Keen interest in technology, AI, automation, and business transformation.

Exposure to any of the following would be advantageous:

• Python
