PeopleSearch is seeking a facilitation and transformation professional to bridge business, workforce, technology and people. You will work closely with SMEs, clients, business stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to drive practical AI adoption, business transformation and capability development.

Key responsibilities include leading AI transformation initiatives for external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement, and managing transformation projects

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of working experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives for external clients.
• Exposure to AI transformation initiatives is advantageous.
