You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, data, software and operations, turning ideas and challenges into practical digital solutions, from conception to deployment and impact measurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Technology or related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in AI, digitalization, automation, IT transformation or project management.
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, digitalization, automation and transformation projects from concept through implementation and deployment.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and implementation roadmaps to ensure successful project delivery.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Work with IT teams, software developers, vendors and business users to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Evaluate and implement AI, automation, simulation and data analytics technologies to improve business performance.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve workflows.
• Support software development, system integration, implementation, testing and UAT.
• Track project outcomes and business benefits, including productivity gains, cost savings, quality improvements and reduced lead times.
• Drive user adoption through effective communication, training and change management.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research emerging AI and digital technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to real business challenges.
• Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

We are looking for a driven and innovative AI & Digital Transformation Project Executive to lead technology-driven initiatives that transform the way our business operates.

You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, data, software and business operations , turning ideas and business challenges into practical digital solutions. From identifying opportunities to implementing new technologies and measuring business impact, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end AI, digitalization, automation and transformation projects , from initial concept through implementation and deployment
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and implementation roadmaps to ensure successful project delivery
• Engage business stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
• Work with IT teams, software developers, vendors and business users to deliver integrated digital solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Technology or a related discipline
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in AI, digitalization, automation, IT transformation, technology projects or project management
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, digitalization or digital transformation projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and project timelines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
• Good understanding of AI, data analytics and digital technologies
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or C# will be an advantage
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, system integration and automation technologies
• Experience with system implementation, software testing and UAT
• Experience in aerospace, MRO, engineering or manufacturing will be an added advantage
