We are seeking a AI & Business Digitalisation Executive to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.

This role focuses on identifying business challenges, evaluating AI and digital solutions, and implementing technologies that streamline workflows, enhance productivity and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of business operations, digital technologies and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digitalisation.

• Research and recommend suitable AI tools, software and digital solutions to improve operational productivity.

• Lead the implementation of AI and digitalisation initiatives across departments, including operations, sales, marketing and customer service.

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop practical digital solutions.

• Implement workflow automation to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and improve process efficiency.

• Support the integration and optimisation of CRM systems, business applications and digital platforms.

• Develop dashboards, reports and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digitalisation initiatives.

• Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on the adoption of new AI tools and digital systems.

• Monitor project outcomes and recommend continuous improvements to business processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Digital Business or a related discipline.
