Job summary

Phillip Nova in Singapore is seeking motivated Business Transformation Analysts (AI & Automation) to partner with stakeholders, identify opportunities, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will contribute to the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment and ongoing improvement, gaining hands-on experience with workflows, dashboards, automation, and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or diploma in CS/IS/Analytics or related field required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated with ownership and initiative.
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and opportunities for improvement.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI.
Design, develop, and implement automation tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and solution artefacts.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
