Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Banking Solutions team.

You will gather and document business and system requirements through workshops with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with regulatory and operations needs. You will support Core Banking and CASA platforms, develop functional specs, flows and user stories, and collaborate with developers, vendors and business teams on configuration, data mapping and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA/BS Analyst experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops and process analysis.
• Support Core Banking and CASA solutions covering account opening, maintenance, withdrawals, transfers, payments, interest, overdrafts, statements and GL reconciliation.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases and solution designs; assess impacts, risks and change requests.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, vendors and business teams on system configuration, Oracle FLEXCUBE parameterisation, data mapping and system interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, production deployment and post-go-live activities.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline, withat least 5 years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience in banking.

• Strong hands‑on experience inCore Banking, CASA, Retail Banking, including Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation or enhancement projects.

• Strong knowledge ofCASA operations, transaction processing, GL code mapping, banking interfaces and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience inrequirements gathering, functional specifications, process mapping, system integration, data migration, SIT/UAT and production deployment; knowledge of SQL, APIs and data mapping is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with good communication skills and the ability to work with business, technology, finance, compliance and external vendor teams.
